Academic Reinstatement for the 2015 Spring Semester
Students expected to return to school 2015 Spring Semester must submit a reinstatement application form during the designated period (Wednesday, January 7, 2015 - Thursday, January 13, 2015) after obtaining signatures of your academic advisor and the head of your department/division. The students should register for courses during the same period, and pay tuition fees during 2015 Spring semester registration period(Monday, February 2, 2015 - Friday, February 6, 2015).(According to the Academic Rules and Regulation Section 4, Article 34, returning students failing to register or to pay their tuition fees during the registration period are subject to dismissal from their program.)

1. Submission of Reinstatement Form
※ Students failing to submit the form will be dismissed in accordance with the Academic Rules and Regulations
B. Students who are on leave of absence due to their military service must submit one copy of their resident certificate on which their duration of the service and the date of discharge are written.※ Students expected to be discharged from the military service should file an application for reinstatement along with the certificate of discharge or the certificate of military service, or other documents which can prove their service issued by their military unit.
C. Signatures of a guarantor, academic advisor, and the head of their department must be included in the Reinstatement form. (For students who have not declared their major, the form should be confirmed by the Freshman Support Team)※ Undergraduates : their parent's signature as the guarantor's signature
