KAIST and NYU set out to Install Korea`s First Joint Degree Program in AI KAIST and NYU signed an MOU in the afternoon of the 9th to introduce a graduate program for a joint degree in the field of AI. This agreement was promoted based on the consensus between the two universities that strengthening capabilities in the field of AI and fostering global talent are essential elements that can lead to great development in the entire future society beyond simple technical education.

Unraveling Mitochondrial DNA Mutations in Human Cells​ Genomic scientists from KAIST have revealed the genetic mosaicism characterized by variations in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) across normal human cells. This study provides fundamental insights into understanding human aging and disease onset mechanisms.

The 3rd GESS 2024 Successfully Completed in Silicon Valley​ The 2024 Global Entrepreneurship Summer School (2024 KAIST GESS), hosted by the Office of Global Initiatives under the KAIST International Office (Director Man-Sung Yim), was held for the third time.
